What if I have an Unplugged Phone but need a data plan? If your Unplugged Phone didn’t come with an active data plan, you can easily start one here.

Just choose your preferred POND IoT plan, complete the activation, and your Unplugged SIM will automatically connect to our secure multi-network infrastructure.
How much of my information is saved or shared?

POND IoT only collects the minimum information required to activate and maintain your service.

We do not track, sell, or share any user data. Your activity, location, and browsing information remain private and are never used for analytics or advertising.
What happens when my data runs out? If you haven't renewed your plan before, when the plan reaches its data limit, your connection will pause until you renew or upgrade your plan.

If you've previously renewed your plan, your plan will continue until you cancel it.
Do I need to insert a new SIM card for each plan renewal?

No. Your original Unplugged SIM is all you need.

Once your renewal is processed, your existing SIM will automatically receive the updated plan details — no replacement or manual configuration required.
