In this role, the Business Development Representative will be engaged in inside sales, lead generation, and business development activities. Responsibilities include called calling, managing daily sales operations, communicating effectively with potential clients, and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales and lead generation
• Proficiency with Hubspot; knowledge of Salesloft is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions
• Proven business development skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IoT industry is preferred

SMB ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time SMB Account Executive to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ. In this role, the SMB Account Executive will hunt for new logos, manage and nurture customer relationships, oversee client accounts, and identify opportunities for new business development. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure client satisfaction, deliver expert advice on IoT solutions, and meet or exceed sales goals. The candidate must have a hunter mentality and will be required to make cold calls. 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of solid experience in sales and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Expertise in building and sustaining client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of IoT solutions and technologies preferred
• Proven track record in new business development
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team

MID-MARKET SALES MANAGER

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our Woodbridge, NJ office. The Mid-Market Sales Executive will focus on managing sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, conducting client meetings, delivering presentations, and closing deals. This role is crucial for nurturing client relationships, performing market research, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends to drive sales success. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of SDR’s and BDR’s which will serve to assist the prospecting efforts. 

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of extensive experience in sales and account management
• Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• A consistent record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Deep understanding of the IoT industry and technical solutions
• Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
